  1. Listening to the most recent episode of the Cocaine & Rhinestones podcast. It’s on the Nashville A Team and it made me wish I could pick Steelharp’s brain about what he thought about it. Miss you, man.

  2. Well I ended up picking up a Maverick 88. Haven't got to shoot it yet but seems like it will be okay once worked in a little. This will be a new anti SOB nightstick for our home. Hopefully it never has to be used as such.

  3. I had face shingles back in 05 and was hospitalized for 2 days on morphine IV. Despite that, "if" the shingles vaccine uses the most common adjuvant that is a manufactured aluminum particle that has been proven recently by Harvard University to blow threw the blood brain barrier like eggs threw a hen, I'll pass on that Vaccine also. Pharma was adamant that the new aluminum was not being retained in brain cells but Harvard proved them wrong. Pictures of the particle shows it has a very tenacious surface like a virus its self. this fabricated surface aids in "sticking" around so boosters are less needed. My take on this is these adjuvants may in fact have something to do with the high rate of neurological diseases such as dementia and Alzheimers. I hope I'm wrong on that but I'm not about to gamble on it. I take care of my mother that has Dementia. My wife's mom has Dimentia also at 89 yo. An awful lot the sheeple are not being told. You know the Covid vaccine is not actually approved for use. Its only threw the emergency act that it can be given at this point. The reason you don't hear anything about the treatments that have been proven effective against Covid is the FDA legally held back for approving a vaccine if there is a proven viable treatment that kills the disease. Now you put that to dollars if you have the cents and bingo..... a rich man!

  5. I'm not saying the didn't deserve getting fired. He most definitely did. What I'm saying is that government wasted no time at all in finding someone to blame. That's their normal procedure.

  7. Joseph Stalin could have it built in three months. Of course he would first round up OSHA and code enforcement and give them all 9mm headaches.

  8. Paying for it is not the issue - the current administration comes out with $2 trillion spending plans like they are chump change. The problem is that truly needed infrastructure upgrades will be smothered by green new deal type wish lists.

  9. Easy, get rid of all of the "crap" and focus on what's needed. You know, kind of like a normal person has to do with their own budget. Novel idea I know.

  11. I really wish for once he could have admitted that he’s not the smartest guy in the room and deferred to those best equipped to handle this. What really kills me is that there was a golden opportunity to not only do good, but reinforce his goals of moving industry back to the US under the auspices of national security and general public welfare. If he could have come out with an honest “this is gonna suck for a while, but we will listen to the experts like Dr. Fauci and get through this together as Americans” and then pivoted to bringing back supply chains for things like pharmaceutical production back to the US as a national security necessity, he would have greatly helped the nation and also mitigated fallout from the economic downturn caused by COVID-19.

  14. That is correct. That’s a function of the way those ramps work from the west leg of 55 to the bridge at Crump. Westbound it stays as two lanes the entire way, eastbound squeezes down into a single lane with a 20 mph curve. That’s a hell of a bottleneck for what was 40k vehicles per day prior to the closure.
