  1. I find it difficult to believe that if Hydroxychloroquine or Chloroquine were effective against COVID-19 on a large scale there is no way that pharmaceutical companies would not be manufacturing both twenty four hours a day, and raping people for $1200.00 per pill. I’m skeptical of most preachers, and I understand that doctors are licensed to practice medicine, but there is no way I’m listening to the demon seed and alien DNA doctor. If that’s your cup of tea, so be it.

  2. I have a good friend living in the Adirondacks. He's sent me 3 rifle's over the years & it was literally as simple as him taking each rifle to his local gun store & them shipping it to my local ffl. It was no more difficult for either of us than that.

  3. Fyi..... I moved here from England. Believe me brother, I feel your pain..... However, shipping a rifle TO TN from NY, even from NYC is as simple as I posted.

  6. They can’t, the patents have run out. They can however make some changes, get a new patent, and charge an arm and a leg for it. My guess is that’s whats in the works now. They just need time. Exactly! We both believe what we believe. But neither of us need social media protecting us from having the information.

  7. Let me get this straight. For months you guys have dismissed any and all medical experts but now that some people have come forward with an opinion that backs up the president you suddenly take it as gospel. Surely, this woman must be right "Immanuel, a pediatrician and a religious minister, has a history of making bizarre claims about medical topics and other issues. She has often claimed that gynecological problems like cysts and endometriosis are in fact caused by people having sex in their dreams with demons and witches." "America's Frontline Doctors is a collection of physicians critical of the scientific consensus around the pandemic. Their event was backed by the Tea Party Patriots, a conservative organisation seeking to re-elect President Trump." I think I'll continue to find genuine medical research and try not to listen to a woman who "alleges alien DNA is currently used in medical treatments, and that scientists are cooking up a vaccine to prevent people from being religious".... Ya'll do you though. I'm sure Breitbart is the pinnacle of truth...

  8. And you are happy to jump right onboard with that. That’s okay with me, but you should be able to hear what she was to say; wouldn’t you agree? I watched her and I thought she was very passionate. She claims to have treated 350 patients with treatments that include Hydroxychloroquine and has not lost a single patient. I have no idea if that’s true, but it shouldn’t be hard for the CDC to check. I know if I were in Houston I would want to go to her if I had Covid. I wouldn’t care anymore about her opinions on Extraterrestrials and Witches than I care about my Doctors (or any Doctors) opinions on guns. What is it you want him to do? I understand that you are afraid of this…so am I. But if there is a drug that can help in the early stages, instead of waiting until the patient is near death; that should be a choice between me and my Doctor. Donald Trump isn’t a Doctor and I could care less what he has to say about it; he is repeating what he is told. The six people I posted above appear to be medical professionals that are treating patients. You picked one and decided her beliefs about things not related to this virus make her unbelievable to you. You based that on information made available to you by Google. That’s fine, but why is that information available and the left wants desperately to censor what these Doctors have to say?

  9. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Changes to the law should require the legislature to make changes; not some ATF hack. Just like with AG opinions, the courts are not bound by ATF rulings. The ATF states that on their website. If a DA decides to charge you for using a brace as a stock; there is nothing to keep them from doing that.

  12. I don’t know what NY will require, but there is no registration in Tennessee. All you will need to do is have it shipped from an FFL there to an FFL here. You may find a FFL here that will accept shipment from a private person but I wouldn't count on it. Of course I have absolutely no idea what NY requires her to do if they have that gun registered there.

  13. I’m simply trying to discern the truth. It damned sure ain’t on the 6 o’clock news, and certainly isn’t guaranteed to come from everyone who dons a white lab coat. We have been conditioned to believe certain groups of people no matter what. This is used to take advantage of us. I have determined that when something doesn’t look right to me, it usually isn’t, and someone usually stands to gain financially from it.

  14. I have been paying close attention to this from the get-go. There have been reports from more than these guys, for months now, saying the drug regimen works. Studies well before this virus, used on corona, says they work, but now they don't and are dangerous? I thought that lady was a bit over the top, the other guys not so much. She is getting all the attention due to her outspoken ways, I get it, but what of the other MDs? What about all the studies and reports done outside of this political debacle?

  15. Yes, she's particularly impressive, who Trump called "spectacular". I'm really impressed by her assertion that astral demons cause many physical problems by screwing women in their sleep and that many of our leaders are reptilian blends of human and alien DNA,. Meanwhile, now that we are in the 21 hot spot states, Brix visited TN in person Monday to plead with Lee to institute some sane responses known to be effective, but of course he blew her off. - OS

  18. The average battery life of the optics designed for a handgun measure in the tens of thousands of hours. So you’re changing a battery every 1-3 years, if even that often. Something else that’s common is a “shake awake” feature where quick movement causes the RDS to turn itself on. So when deciding whether or not to use a RDS on a handgun, the question of battery life has been asked and answered and it’s not a concern.

  20. Both sides of Congress love letting the government agencies have a wide operating latitude. It lets them rail for or against their administrative moves, all while sidestepping the burden of actual oversight and responsibility, because that's hard, plus it cuts into time better spent fundraising or developing relationships that will land someone a sweet lobbying job after they retire from the legislature.

  27. The Adirondacks and New York City are like two different countries, not even remotely related. For instance, New York State handgun licensees are banned from carrying in NYC, though the license is fine for the rest of the State. All firearms have to be registered in NYC, and you must have a license to even keep long guns in your home, and the home premises licenses are very difficult to obtain. I'm originally from the Adirondacks. and my wife was a NYC resident. If I made the 6 hour trip to NYC, I had to completely disarm, even pocket knife sizes are regulated. Needless to say, it was rare indeed when I visited the Big Apple. Folks in Tennessee don't realize how fortunate they are, and I love the 2nd Amendment freedom that we have here in Tennessee.

  28. That is one of the problems, many, like me, are not sick, so have no need for an MD. And, many MDs are legally blocked from prescribing these meds for the china virus, so unless it's for one of medical issues that drug is normally prescribed for you are not getting an off label script. AND, say they do give you a script, now they have given the pharmacist the power to not honor the script. How in the F are politicians, such as Cuomo, allowed to make laws outlawing a legal drug/medicine, isn't it the doctors that should make that decision?
    1 point
  29. Well I’m not the only one. “Defending the doctors” and taking something “as gospel” are two different things. I still wonder why these doctors were censored.

  30. That would be incorrect. PLENTY of people took that video serious. My mom sent it to me yesterday and said "DID YOU SEE THIS!!!?". It had nearly 20 million views.

  31. Like I said earlier on this thread or another thread or who knows, too many leftists are getting real or perceived political benefits from COVID to let it go away any time soon. CNN said the video contained "misinformation." How does CNN know? They would rather damage Trump than address a virus.

  32. I suffer from the same contagious condition; it's more contagious than the current virus. However; I've found some relief in combating the symptoms and effects of carrying something home, and you sure don't want to 'give' it to another. Just carry small quantities of cash, leave debit and credit cards at home [or better yet, cut them up] and most importantly... Make sure when it runs across you, you're over a 1/2 days trip from from there. This gives you pause because you can not return on the same day to take it home and gives you time to ensure the adoption is legitimate. It gets tiring and hurts just being a foster guardian in many examples of this contagion. Also before you leave home, it doesn't hurt to show the wife the massive gun collection you already have in your safe and your possible intention of adding another orphan to it. Personally speaking; this normally delays your departure by 1-3 hours, listening to the abusive language and reasoning of how that money could be better spent or saved Please take two aspirin and call me in the morning if this problem persists. I'm here to help...

  33. I watched the full video yesterday after it was posted. It’s hard for me to believe that people would rather see Americans die than admit that Hydroxychloroquine could help. I do not know any of the Doctors in that video, but here are their names, the media is quickly trying to assassinate their reputations and social media platforms are call them “non-professionals”. Dr. Simone Gold, emergency medicine specialist LA, Ca Dr. Bob Hamilton, pediatrician from Santa Monica, California Dr. Stella Immanuel, primary care physician in Houston, Texas 350 and counting, has not lost one. Dr. Dan Erikson, Accelerated Urgent Care in Bakersfield, CA Dr. Joe Ladapo, physician and health policy researcher UCLA Dr. James Todaro, Ophthalmology Specialist in Dearborn, MI. The above video was removed from Social Media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. Twitter suspended Trump Jr. for posting it. Tucker did a good show last night addressing how the media and sites like Google, Facebook and Twitter are determining what we see. It’s worth the watch.

  35. I have seen the ads for these, and have been tempted by them. The pistols coming out of Turkey have been very good in my small observation and use. I'm a Canik fan, and have several. No problems whatsoever with them. If I were to be in the right place at the wrong time, and found a really good price...well I might just have to bring one home with me. And getting 3 mags with it is the icing on the cake. These days we are lucky to get 2.

  38. Weellll........ $20 later. Decisions were made, money was spent, gunsmiths were contacted & I'm turning the proverbial sow's ear into a silk purse. So far, I've replaced the firing pin, polished & repaired the safety & sent the barrelled action off to ER Shaw for a rebarreling to 6.5x55. Once I have it back, it's getting sent right back out to GTs Customizing in Cody, WY to be reblued & have a few twiddly bits color case hardened. In the interim I've got a stunning lump of walnut, that some tit decided to varnish, to strip, polish & apply 30-odd coats of oil to, then ship off for checkering. I can't wait to get this one going!

  42. A friend has an older 9.5" that was his Father-Inlaw's. Been getting the urge for one of those beasts. I always gave him a hard time that the reason he was a better shot than me was his barrel was closer to the target. Do they show up often? I see they are still made but would rather have a more vintage version if I can find one. My friend made a real nice holster for his, if I find one I will try to talk him into making one for me.

  46. Forster Co-Ax single stage press. You won't need all that extra Hornady stuff. You only need 2 shell holders, which covers anything out there. I load anything from 9mm to 45/70. one holder comes with the press. I bought the bigger one for the 45/70 also. Wish I had bought one years ago. Much easier to operate.
