  1. I'll admit that I'm bragging here a bit. But I'm happy about this buy. I've never even bought two guns in the same day, much less three. But I did just that today. It all started with some ads on Armslist. The guy listed each gun individually, but then there was a 4th ad for them as a group. I contacted him, we haggled and I believe I got a great deal. All three are Berettas. a 2016 85FS Cheetah .380, a 2001 3032 Tomcat .32acp and a 950BS Jetfire .25acp. All three are LNIB with original manuals. Not a mark on any of them. I can't seem to find a date for the Jetfire. No date code on the gun that I can find and the serial # doesn't come up on any list. The guy said it was an antique. Can anybody help with that? I'll probably have to contact Beretta. The best part? I gave $1000 for the lot. I'm tickled plumb to pieces!

  2. That is what I purchased. A little more money than I wanted to go with, but by once, cry once. Thank you for the suggestions

  3. Those are very fine ideals but the reality is the Internet is highly regulated and could be shut down at any time. It would take a few more minutes in this country to do than in most others I imagine but if “the common good” requires it, it can be done. The sanctity of free exchange of ideas is a myth unless you are speaking person to person, face to face.

  4. Join your local sun/sportsman's club, or if you know a few TGO'ers, get a group-buy together! I've got over 5k rounds stashed away.... some assembly required! LOL!

  5. Where’s the fun in that?

  6. Yep. Just another gun-related site kicked off world-wide platforms where nearly anything goes.

  7. Laugh & throw derisive comments my way, but I've got one of these OFF THE AMAZON!! mounted on my HD/hog shotgun. It's only a crapper maverick 88 but it's been fed nothing but heavy buck & slug loads. The-Little-Sight-That-Could has survived more than 200 shots without the slightest zero shift. It's your typical red/green turn the battery knob job, but I've been astonished by it's reliability & consistency. I believe it's a 4moa dot too.

  9. I agree. If you're not paying enough attention to see that police car sitting in plain sight, you deserve to pay the stupid tax. What I have issue with is when they hide or use unmarked cars for traffic enforcement. That's doing nothing to improve traffic safety, that's pure revenue generation.

  10. I put together a PSA Glock mag 9mm SBR. Haven't shot it a lot, but does really well with 147gr bullets and my suppressor. I would think a pistol version would be fine. I just don't like braces for shoulder mounting.

  12. I have one of these on my Mossberg Persuader. 6 MOA. Very quick target acquisition. Comes with a lifetime warranty, even if you run over it with a car. https://palmettostatearmory.com/vortex-venom-red-dot-6moa-1x-magnification-vmd-3106.html

  13. Armslist in Tri cities has a PSA 9mm Ar for $575 with 6 mags , 3 are plastic and I never could get the plastic mags to work in my Cmmg.

  14. Just a word of caution on the PSA guns. The earlier ones had a run of short chambers. That could be fixed by reaming (I ended up reaming about 5 or 6 guns personally) and I think they have fixed that in current production, but just something you might keep an eye open for if you buy a used one. I also think the AR9 formula hasn't been universally figured out yet. A lot of the guys I shoot with were breaking triggers in competition and having to tweak things like buffer springs and weights to get them running reliably. Not saying everyone will have this problem with every gun, but it's probably good to recognize there's the possibility that you might be buying a minor project.

  19. Very nice. I've had small freshwater tanks but, nothing like that. My brother in law has had some saltwater setups.

  20. The smaller the tank the harder it is to keep up with it. I had a freshwater tank but wanted to have a saltwater tank for a long time so I read a lot about them. Keeping my 75 gallon freshwater tank was too big of a PITA for me, so I never got into the saltwater tank.

  21. I thought your wife told you “No” on this?? What did you have to buy her? I’ve had aquariums, but never saltwater. I hear they are a lot of work and very temperature sensitive.

  22. Very nice. Many years ago I had a dedicated room running about 1200 gallons in several tanks. Had a 300 gallon reef tank. I really miss it. Lot of work but also very peaceful to sit and watch. I could watch for hours. Enjoy!

  23. Nice looking setup. I always like watching them, but I'm not willing to put in the work. A good saltwater tank is generally the highlight of my trip to the doctor, dentist, or whatever.

  25. Buy as much of it as you can and stack it deep. I've long said that ammunition is the way that the antis will eventually strangle the 2A.
