They sent me an email about holding my images hostage. My response was F*** Y**. Haven't answered any emails since. Got no use for them anymore.3 points

I just learned of this as well. When Photobucket pulled this stunt, I moved the overwhelming majority of my photos to Imgur and I'm much better off for it! Imgur is much easier to post/attach from and isn't inundated with annoying popup ads and other Photobucket BS. I would imagine the direction PB went cost them quite a few users.3 points

I feel the same way. I am in quite a few other forums including off road forums. And most of the how-to posts for tips and repairs as well as off reading trips were all ruined, just a bunch of blank spaces where years and years worth of informative pics used to be. I was less worried about my stuff missing as I was the posts that helped me fix problems I was having and I’m sure I wasn’t the only person who could use the knowledge. I hoped the move would bite PB in the rear and I assume it did since they changed back. But like you say, who’s to say they won’t do it again after realizing they’re not getting back all the users they lost. I haven’t used Imgur yet but need to give it a try.2 points

Just thought I would post up a couple pics of my new knife I got and the sheath I made for it. The knife of course was made by Grand Torino, book matched Ironwood scales with copper liners and pins. I felt the knife deserved a special sheath that would hopefully match it looks, so I got to designing, and this is what I came up with... The sheath is made as more of a high ride. I used a 1 Oz copper Gadsden coin to compliment the copper in the handle along with some distressed tan ostrich leg inlay, then dyed it black to set it all off. I think it does the knife justice. Thank you Grand Torino for the beautiful knife, I hope the sheath does it justice.1 point

I bought a pre war, heavy frame 22/32 with awesome stag grips for a song. It pays to attend local gun shows.1 point

I'm probably the last to know, but in case I'm not, it seems you can once again post photos stored there without paying their ransom.1 point

I was talking with a friend who works at the Sate of TN, Dept of Homeland Security. He said they are looking to deploy some web based software that will allow various folks such as teachers, pastors, etc.... to report troubling behavior so that can try and intervene before a troubled student comes to school with guns blazing. I don't know if it will work, but is certainly a better idea than gun control.1 point

Just put out 2 types of peppers and some tomatoes yesterday. My wife's work was giving plants away as part of their healthy inintitive. I still have cucumber., cantaloupe, squash, and watermelon to put out. Gotta get some dirt to get the other raised bed set up. Hopefully get tgat done today. Got more strawberries to pick once this shower lets up. Looks like my rhubarb may not be coming back though. Does anyone use a rain water catch barrel to water the plants. Either manually or via soak hose. Rainwater always seems to do better than utility water. Just would be hard for me to set up.1 point

In addition to the 7.62mm Nagant ammunition, I have fired .32S&W, .32-20, and .32 H&R mag in my Nagants. If you use those other rounds, it's best to use jacketed bullets to prevent lead from building up in the barrel recess. I use .32 H&R mag a lot as it's a very effective little cartridge. The cases bulge out a bit on firing. But they resize just fine and I've reloaded cases four times so far without seeing any splits.1 point

Yeah, I’m gonna say this falls under the category of “too little, too late”. I mean, who’s to say they won’t pull this sort of stunt again at a later date?1 point

LOL!!! I have lots of wants and few needs! Actually most of the firearms in my safe are wants. I have a need for two of them currently. Both are my carry pistols. I definitely do want a .38/.357 Lever gun (its been a want for a long time now) and I "need" it to go along with my Ruger Blackhawk .357/9mm Convertible and my Taurus Tracker. So maybe it is a need.1 point

North was elected president of the NRA, not the country. Most people, myself included, don’t even know what that position means. LaPierre runs the outfit with Chris Cox. The angst over what liberals think is really unfounded, they will persecute the NRA for curing cancer and have far more interest in how Trump is destroying civilization.1 point

Oliver North isn’t an actor; he is the real deal. Of course some liberals will try to drag him down; but they won’t get the job done. I’m sure him and Dana Loesch will make a great team.1 point

Think he'll say it's OK to shoot the snake after he has put a couple of puncture wounds in your flesh and filled them with venom! Nature made the laws of a snake... man made the laws about shooting them...common sense makes the laws about protecting one's self against any deadly threat.1 point

Me too. Ollie's conviction was reversed and dismissed on appeal, so when the Left starts squawking about the new NRA prez being a convicted felon, well, surprise!!!!!! They're full of BS!1 point

I have the Extang e-max. Folds up, doesn’t touch the cab. I ordered it from Realtruck.com; took about 4 days, free shipping. Took about 30 minutes to install. https://www.extang.com/p-36823-emax-tonno.html1 point
