  2.  This is a story about a couple who had been happily married for years, the only friction in their marriage was the husband’s habit of farting loudly every morning when he awoke the noise would wake his wife and the smell would make her eyes water and make her gasp for air. Every morning she would plead with... him to stop ripping them off because it was making her sick. He told her he couldn't stop it and that it was perfectly natural. She told him to see a doctor, she was concerned that one day he would blow his guts out. The years went by and he continued to rip them out. Then one Christmas day morning, as she was preparing the turkey for dinner and he was upstairs sound asleep, she looked at the innards, neck, gizzard, liver and all the spare parts, and a malicious thought came to her. She took the bowl and went upstairs where her husband was sound asleep and, gently pulling the bed covers back, she pulled back the elastic waistband of his underpants and emptied the bowl of turkey guts into his shorts. Sometime later she heard her husband waken with his usual trumpeting which was followed by a blood curdling scream and the sound of frantic footsteps as he ran into the bath room. The wife could hardly control herself as she rolled on the floor laughing, tears in her eyes! After years of torture she reckoned she had got him back pretty good. About twenty minutes later, her husband came downstairs in his blood stained underpants with a look of horror on his face. She bit her lip as she asked him what was the matter. He said, “Honey you were right… all these years you have warned me and I didn't listen to you.” “What do you mean?” asked his wife. “Well, you always told me that one day I would end up farting my guts out, and today it finally happened, but by the grace of god, some Vaseline and two fingers. I think I got most of them back in   Dave

  5.   We're way past the need for desperate measures. We're $17 trillion in debt, our rights are being hacked away faster than the Amazon rain forest, and all of our politicians are bought and paid for. I don't know if we could accidentally do more damage than our "representatives" do intentionally on a daily basis.      The fact that the Daily Kommies objects is all the proof you need that it's a good idea.      Sounds like a quote from every anti-gun organization on the planet talking about carry permits. The facts is there are plenty of things that could go right as well.

  17. Well, I think I have read all the posts here now and I can say this about my business of making fishing baits before I sold it last month. I made soft plastic hand poured baits for bass anglers for 18 years. During that time I am sure I made baits for at least 3 different gay fishing teams that fished tournaments. I fished some of the tournaments also. I had one team order a really large amount of baits and their bill was well over $175.00 dollars and I walked up and handed them the bags of baits and they handed me my money and I said thank you and walked away. Another guy from another team walked up to me and made a remark to me that the team I just sold them baits to are gay. I don't think he was expecting my reply. I looked at him and pull the wad of folded up money out of my pocket and looked at him and I said ,Well they have real greenbacks and I don't care what there preferences are. Their money is the same and spends just as good as any body else's and I will make them baits any time they order them. By the way, the guy that went out of his way to point out the gay team had never made a bait order from me before his comment and I am really glad he didn't order any after that because he would have paid at least double price. I am not a prejudice person and not judgmental about anyone as long as they do not try and shove something at me that I don't want to be involved in. I do have several gay friends that most folks don't even know they are gay. They don't flaunt it and don't do anything out of a straight type atmosphere when around me and my friends and some of my friends don't even know they are gay. They think they are room mates sharing a house to save on rent. As far as the baker, unless he does have a posted sign in his establishment in clear sight regarding his right to refuse service, by law he can't refuse service to anyone. Had a few buddies that owned businesses learn that the hard way through large fines and court costs. As far as the gay couple, they were just being overbearing and flaunting their gay rights and pushing an envelope beyond where it needed to go. I'm sure there were other bakeries that would have appreciated getting their business. I say both the baker and the Gay couple were both wrong and both of them were just trying to draw attention to themselves......................jmho

  19. Alright you two. Knock it off. Back to topic, as someone who has faced real discrimination based on sexual orientation by being discharged under DADT (long story)I wouldn't call what took place there real discrimination. A private entity chose not to provide his services to a couple of folks based on personal convictions, boohoo. Unless this baker engaged in actions that caused identifiable harm to the couple like accepting the order and then reneging at the last moment, or calling all the other bakers in town and having them blackballed because they were a couple of 'mos then leave the poor man alone. To the couple in question I would ask why they feel the need to have the approval of everyone to the point of taking folks to court so that they can get some one to officially say they are just as good as everyone else. It speaks to deep seated insecurities in my opinion. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

  20. I'm the wrong guy to try to tempt into playing word games because I just don't play them. What I'm seeing is a person who offers nothing of value to TGO and who has instead chalked up quite a number of posts that are racist, inflammatory, baiting and narrow-minded. That path only leads one place... You're done here.

Last one on the second row I don't know, but I think it's been spray painted silver! Betting that zero % were trying to pass through security on purpose with the guy (intent to do harm.)

  29. As long as we know what is going to be discussed and voted on before the convention. Having a bunch of politicians get together to discuss something as huge as an amendment might corrupt some that we think cannot be corrupted. Those in power see those of us who are armed as a threat. They have classified us as terrorists, declared us as mentally ill for wanting to own guns and attack any service member who declares their oath to the Constitution. For several decades those in power have tried to remove guns from our hands because we are a threat to their corrupt ways. Some, or maybe even all, might see a Constitutional Convention as a quick way to remove the threat and assure they remain in power.   The place to fight is at the local level, we have been in last place as far as getting involved. Make calls, donate time and money as well as just engage people in conversations. What we do now is sit on our hands and wait for someone to come along we agree with. But if that doesn't happen then we decide not to vote as a means of protest. I know it is easier to sit around and do nothing and even easier to not go to the polls but if we do not support out candidates long before election day we will never see their name on a ballot.

  33. I use a Primos Blind Luck ground blind.  It is plenty large enough for 2 people and gear.  Keeps the rain off of you, conceals you well and it is easy to set up!  Make sure you have set one up before you plan on using it.  The first time I tried to set one up in my living room (not a primos) my dog left the room because of the things she heard me say!     http://www.cabelas.com/product/Primos-Blind-Luck-Hub-Blind/1370491.uts

  45. They're several things I have regretted in life that are seared into my brain. They are in order the following:   1. Showing up to watch an IDPA match without my pistol and gear.   2. Being a bad boy one year as a child and Santa bringing me a stick and coal ashes.   3. Telling a woman I loved her.   Please learn from my misfortunes and at least have everything you need when you show up and watch, but you won't be watching. You'll thank me, praise me, be forever grateful to me.
