1. the only reason to back Israel is that it is the right thing to do. The bible has nothing to do with it.

 2. Once again I am amazed at folks' willingness to set governmental policy or actions based upon their personal religious beliefs.

 3. I'm convinced that no matter who was elected as the republican candidate you guys would swear up and down they are the savior for this country. A few months ago the attitude on this forum was that we all hated Romney, but not as much as Obama. Now you guys are actually buying into it. Let's continue to vote the party lines, it seems to work out so well. I should also point out that ole George was the one who set this massive debt in motion. It really got going under his watch. I have yet to hear what Romney's big plan is to fix the economy. All he seems to do is remind everyone how bad things are and how it's all Obama's fault. Romney and Obama have a lot in common, neither one has a effing clue how to fix our problems. Now Romney has come out saying he actually likes part of the health care law. I think Romney would earn more votes if he actually laid out a plan for us instead of blaming Obama for all our problems. Let's be honest, Obama is a jackass but he can't blamed for all our issues.

 5. Incredible that someone who went out of their way to cause a stir and elicit a reaction from law enforcement could be so inconvenienced by LEOs while he is just minding his own business walking around with an AK in a public park like so many other law abiding citizens do every day. What is the world coming to???

I feel the same way about this as I do about hippies. Yeah, I believe in their right to protest, but I do get pleasure from watching cops put the boots to them, or industrial amounts of pepper spray.

 6. Handyman might be a good job for Gary Johnson. He's gonna need some kind of job, being president is obviously not in his future so maybe general repairs would be a more productive vocation for him.

 8. Yah, I understand them. Just continuing to LOL at the concept that because someone doesn't agree with the masses they're somehow to fault for how an election goes. As I continue to say - if the repubs would've nominated someone decent, this would be a non-issue. Asking people to vote for 'not-Obama' is about as weak as it gets.

 10. For those of you looking for the short summary: The class is awesome. I took this class up in Cookeville this past weekend and it was a blast. Ryan did an awesome job teaching the class and spending time with us on our shortfalls. At no time were we rushed and he spent plenty of time reviewing all aspects of weapon manipulation. We even covered maintenance which was very useful. I learned lots of great drills and learned proper techniques for a TON of things that I have been doing incorrectly. By the end of the class I was shooting more accurately than ever and doing it from "unique" field positions. Overall, this is a great class and I highly recommend it for anyone especially for those in the "intermediate" skill level. You can take this class as a new AR owner but you need to be very familiar with your weapon and know how to handle the weapon safely on the range. This is my second Suarez class and both have been excellent experiences and I will definitely take more in the future.

 11. I'll say it, this story does speak very well of his personal character. Were it not for his record as governor, this would be a check in the "reasons to vote for" column. It is a shame he has that millstone of an executive record hanging around his neck.

 12. You might. I don't. You don't care about them or a collection of books? That's cool. It's certainly your right. Best of luck to you. Likewise I don't care about fish, or if they fry, or burn.

 13. No, not at all (of course that didn't stop Obama in 08, lol). However, the challenges are not based upon legitimate reasons. They are based upon the fact that folks like me will vote for Gary Johnson over Romney and the R party looks at him as a spoiler candidate. They fear his ability to capture a sizable portion of the vote away from their very poor excuse for a candidate. To me, Romney comes in 3rd in line behind Gary Johnson or Virgil Goode (Constitution Party). Voting against someone as opposed to voting for someone has left us with choices like McCain and Romney. I won't fall for it anymore. I will vote my conscience from here on out. If left without my number 1 or 2 pick on the ballot, then I would begrudgingly vote for Romney and that is why the R party is trying to get Johnson off the ballot, people like me.

 14. I just don't see it that way. The choice for R or D is a false one in my opinion. I won't vote for the lesser of two evils anymore. At this point I will vote my conscience at the ballot box until the Republicrats force me to vote with the cartridge box.

 15. No, your support of eliminating from the ballot candidates who have fulfilled the requirements to be there because someone may choose to vote for them instead of the guy with the R next to his name makes you a party hack.

 16. Can't go along with you there. Today's Israel is VERY much the Israel of prophecy. Today there is a huge underground movement to rebuild the Temple. There are Priests being trained and significant artifacts being unearthed and/or replicated from the finest materials. You will see it soon. Israel is not sacred? That's replacement theology. Salvation is of the Jews. It is a gift given to the gentiles by God and jewish men. The books of the Holy Bible were written by Hebrews, the Messiah was a Hebrew. Have not gathered all the other Jews to them? Well there are several programs, the most prominent in my mind is "on the wings of angels" which will grant free passage for a jewish person to fly to Israel. Israel has open door for anyone of Jewish decent to come and live there. You can't very well force people to go there, but the doors are wide open and there are charities that help the poor and otherwise incapable. One of the most prolific events in Biblical history happened in 1948 when Israel once again became a nation. You can claim "incorrect bible references" all you like but the fact is; God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. If he says something, time does NOT erode it's validity in any way. The fact is that God told Abraham, the father of the Hebrew people, "I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you" That's pretty dang black and white. I don't see any grey in there. If you're not going to accept that, no need in accepting a single word in the whole book. Doesn't matter where I'm standing, I will stand with Israel. I count it as an under the table blessing from God that it pisses all the anti semitic Jew haters of the world off when I openly bless the name of Israel. They've been the underdog many times. They've paid for their sins in blood. No other culture can claim lineage as long as theirs. They were a united people when white folks were worshipping pagan jokes, wearing fur and humping livestock further north.

 17. American Jews did not come from Israel. They came from Germany, Russia. Poland and other Eastern Bloc countries. The israelis themselves came from Europe, many with a very small portion of Jewish blood. Israel is not their "mother country" and many of them are not even concerned about israel, but think of themselves as Americans, just as we European descended Americans do. The preoccupation with Israel is a Fundamental Christian thing and based on incorrect biblical references. The Israelis are not rebuilding the temple and have not gathered all of the other Jews to them. That would have been the biblical israel. I support them simply because they are a small country with democratic principles and are surrounded by non-democratic enemies. Israel is not sacred. We do not have to save Israel for Jesus to come back, this isn't the Israel he was talking about. But I still think we need to keep them alive as a buffer against the Arab countries.

 19. I used to give a blanket acceptance to all Jews but no more. American Jews are for the most part, idiots. They vote for this liberal scum and they'll repeat history if they don't watch it. All my love for the Israeli people though. Obama will poop in his own nest, watch and see. I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you. God bless Israel.

 22. I love the transition from "I don't believe this is happening" to "they are justified and he should be removed from the ballot". Not because he shouldn't be there, but because people might vote for him instead of Romney. You party hacks are just plain funny.

There just no way around that fact. As long as you do this just because there's an "R" behind his name, you'll continue to get what you deserve.

 30. The polls coming out are constantly weighted with a 10 percent oversampling of Democrats. It's just another form of propaganda to demoralize. Carter and Mondale were both supposed to beat Reagan.

 31. Been there and done that many times. Nothing beats a Keltec .32 using FMJ with hardchrome slide, along with a cellphone, good trauma wound first aid kit in all the cars, decent pepper spray and a decent legal knife. I am not an assassin or contract government killer, just a pogue wandering around during decent light in decent areas - for the most part. I have the KT 32 on me about 98% of the time, a Glock on me about 90% of the time. I'm fairly strong and fit 58 yr old (I'm no Iron Man or triathlete by a long shot) who still plays some competitive out door sports and enjoys shooting with the local GIs. Unless you have an occupation that requires you to be heeled with a large caliber high capacity pistol, rifle, etc., most of us can get by with what I typically carry. I don't hang out at nasty places late in the evening, or partake in events or hobbies which make me an automatic target for the underworld or terrorists. But then I have modifed a Glock 21 for one of my friends who insists a 50 GI at 300 grains is the right EDC for him. Why hardchrome? Easy to clean, reliable... P.S. in the photo that is a 3x5 index card. The gun weighs 10.4oz loaded with one in the pipe. 8 shots. it is a true pocket pistol. The trigger shoe is a modified P11 shoe that I prefer on this gun.

 33. I’ve owned my share of Glock pistol’s and believe that the G-19 is the best of the breed. I’ve also shot enough M&P pistol’s to consider the M&P 9c or M&P 45c the best of that breed as well. Then I went and bought a Ruger SR9 just to see how well it worked. I wish I hadn’t of done that because the darned thing run’s like a Swiss Watch. After handling the SR9c I’m beginning to believe that it might be best of the striker fired pistols I’ve encountered.

 36. No. Leave it the way it is now. Just as there is a grey area for the poster there is also a grey area for us. Like said before, if its not seen then it doesn't exist. If it's changed and everyone must post a sign that is 12" x 12" in x color at x spot, then the grey area is gone. Conceal and it will never be an issue.
