  1. I've said all along that the gun haters are perfectly willing for any number of innocents to die in order to "prove their case". In fact, I believe they wish for it to happen. Doesn't matter who it is, as long as it ain't them.

  2. If Obama had a son.....he'd sound a lot like this. At what point would Governer Walker be justified in pressing charges, or even shooting some of these folks in self defense? That is a rhetorical question, of course, but it does seem the line is being pushed.

  3. I cringe to say it but I'd rather see the bank robber get away then have several dozen law abiding citizens rolled up and handcuffed just for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I'd like to know more about the story, but it's hard to imagine a scenario where this would be appropriate. They apparently had no problem locking down the area. They could have done the same thing and set up a checkpoint for the folks to drive through, and get descriptions on the way out. Maybe it would have put the officers at an increased risk, but that's the game you play when you put on the uniform. Citizens' rights shouldn't be sacrificed for officer safety.

  4. Sgt. Joel Morgan and anyone else that has served should be proud of the service they have given their country. But you can’t fix ignorance and hate. This woman has the right to refuse to rent to whoever she pleases as long as they are not a protected group. We all served to protect rights; even the ones we don’t believe in. Unfortunately we are not a protected group. When our troops came home from Vietnam they were spit on in airports and on the street. Sgt. Morgan, if I were you I would hold my head high and drop this lawsuit. This woman doesn’t deserve your time or energy; she is a moron. Don’t let her be a martyr. I’m sure since this story was posted you have had many offers of a place to rent from decent Americans who appreciate what you did. And although people like this woman would never serve, they are the type to scream the loudest when they think someone has violated one of the rights you served to protect. Thank you for your service.

  6. This sounds like some kind of back room deal to me. Â I would have thought it would take a super majority vote from the entire membership to make such a change. Â I can't imagine why they would give it away or why anyone would want it. Â Way to much liability for a sole proprietorship... One good thing should come of it though, TGO should be getting some Vendor advertising fees since it's no longer a non profit club....

  12. Regardless of the vast miscarriage of justice with the ordering of new trials for the worthless scum that killed Christian and Newsom..... Liberals don't exactly have a monopoly on hateful, vitriolic, inflammatory, ignorant and sometimes dangerous rhetoric.

  13. Yes, on a retrial I do believe the sentence cannot be harsher but it can be reduced. I just hate it if the family has to go through all of that again. In the most heinous of crimes, like this, the should suffer in the same way as their victims. An eye for and eye. And let the family do it if they want otherwise they could hire a surrogate to do it for them. And as a worst case scenario let the state administer the punishment. Dolomite

  14. Saw this movie last night. It's very good and kinda interesting in regards to what is going on today with the Catholic Church and our present Administration. It's worth your time to go see. I don't remember reading about this true story in history class or hearing about it in Parochial school. It's amazing to watch priests being hung, lined up and shot by firing squad, women, children being shot by government soldiers as well as so-called peasants being hung from telephone poles as a punishment/warning to others. To watch the bravery of a young boy who resists and is tortured, abandoned by his father and shot in the back for not giving in.. and later honored by the church for his heroism... all this and much more happened less than 83 years ago. You would of thought it was Roman Empire days. Just amazing, it's 2 1/2 hours long but I never got antsy or bored...

  15. WOW, that is all I can say about the comments. If any of us were to do the same thing we would find ourselves behind bars for being a gun toting racists. Funny thing is when theymake open threats against concervatives it is free speech but when we even question anything about any liberal it is hate speech. Dolomite

  17. Janice Roberts of Boston, MA The best purpose the lawsuit serves is to get this creature the exposure it needs. In a righteous world, she'd have to make all her purchases online, the majority of her tenants would leave, she couldn't get her car, her cat, or her colon serviced. Short of branding a P on her forehead, this lawsuit is the next best thing to identifying this pariah.

  18. I agree with you on principle. Yeah, these laws are BS in general and chip away at property rights, but it's these so-called enlightened folks that are so intolerant. I like seeing the tables turned on them. It makes me quite the hypocrite but not as much as this twunt.

  19. I have one I believe my wife ordered from Cabela's. It shoots as well as any handgun I own. Fit and finish are very good. However, I'd rather wash and wax a car as to clean it after firing.

  21. http://www.denverpost.com/breakingnews/ci_20770317/aurora-police-hunt-suspects-after-bank-robbery It wasnt a crime scene until the police made it one. It was about 3 miles away and it just wasnt right. There is no good justification to hold men, women and children at gun point and handcuffed. And if the suspect started shooting and a bystander got hit what then? justified or not? I would rather the officers be safe but these types of instances seems to be at others expences.

  26. Oh, and as far as the bolt being jacked and the firing pin not moving. In the picture, You have the safety on. It's a three position safety. Fire, safe but the bolt can open and close, and safe with the bolt locked shut. The wing on the bolt shroud will move 180 degrees locking in the 9 o'clock, 12 o'clock & 3 o'clock positions. They rarely break. They are built like a tank. It's the reason it's the most heavily copied rifle ever.

  27. Fania said. “They all granted permission, and once nothing was found in their cars, they were un-handcuffed.†I am surprized they all alowed this. I cant help but wonder if this had been me there with a loaded hand gun and refused the search what might of happened. Here in TN your car is considered like your home, so what would it be like if someone 2 blocks over got broken into and they were looking for the suspect in the nieghborhood? could they force me out of my home and detain me while searching my home? I guess if I alowed it, but I doubt I would and I hope some people there get real loud about this, I bet this cost them dearly.

  28. She broke the law. I wouldn't want to live there either but that's not the point. In those liberal states there are whole communities of military hating folks. Veterans and Servicemembers shouldn't have to worry about finding housing for themselves and their families because they served their country. I'm sure that acquiring housing in the Boston area is very competitive, and being a veteran shouldn't put you at the end of the line. She did wrong and needs to stand in court to answer for that.... and she needs some bone cancer.

  31. If its manmade it can be broken, I really don't care what it is becsuse stuff will always happen. Beside's a handgun is a tool, tool's take a lot of wear and tear no matter how careful we are with them. Why should we expect less form a handgun if we have active lifestyles that include motorcycles, four wheelers, bike's or other vehicles?

  36. Agreed. That's why I used my 8045 Cougar to qualify. A few asked why I would waste expensive ammo to qualify. I told them that I wasn't going to carry a .22 for self defense & wanted to use my carry sidearm. There was one woman that took 4 hours to qualify while most were on and off the range in 5-10 minutes. She started out with her boyfriends .357 snub nose and couldn't even hit the paper at 3 yards. They switched her over to a .38 and finally a .22 target pistol to get her to qualify. She was a stripp..umm...I mean "dancer" and wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed to begin with. It kind of suprised some of us that they let her pass. The instructor had to loan her a t-shirt to wear at the range to protect her from hot brass because she thought it would be a good idea to show up to the range in daisy dukes & a sports bra. (Not that there's anything wrong with that)
