  3. Nobody hates the IRS more than me. With that said, they really couldn't function with any less power. They have collection problems as it is. WE have to make up whatever they can't collect.

  4. Yes I would like to Thank you for your time pushing this issue. I helped out electronically as well as I could(emails, phone calls ect...) We need to get a good strategy started early for the next session so time doesn't play as well into the polititions hands. I am definatly voting against the incubents this year(party doesn't matter.) Thanks again for the work you and Sam Cooper put into this.

  6. The IRS has been dealing with smart-asses from the day it was founded. To paraphrase the disclaimer: You better have a good reason because our lawyers are better than yours. We have the law and precedent and there's not a whole lot you can do about it.

  11. Every year there are similar stories of hunters shooting someone because they don't have visual confirmation. It's ridiculousness. I can't understand it. I never crosses my mind to shoot a moving bush.

  12. BUT, you can paper patch a spitzer too, soo....then again, this ain't for the normal shooter. As far as the link you mentioned, that forum is the ABSOLUTE BEST source of info on reloading and casting the interwebz has to offer. The amount of information there is a bit daunting when you first dive in. The things some of these guys know and do will make you re-evaluate how much you think you know. I have learned MUCH from there including but certainly not limited to, the perfect lube recipe [that I now make myself, never again will I buy bullet lube] A better way to tumble lube where it goes farther and isn't sticky and paper patching. Anyone who's interested in things I talk about NEEDS to go there and do some reading. It's the only other forum I frequent.

  13. Interesting...I don't open carry but the picture / video of the Fobus holster made me look over at mine and say "Piece of $H!t". I must have hurt it's feelings b/c it didn't reply, I'll take it to walmart later to make it feel better though.

  14. The issue for many of the Reps was not an issue of anti gun as it was an issue of whether the current bill isn't written to violate property owners rights. In the backlash of the Florida SYG law concerns, they are getting leary of violating any rights. What they were calling for was a more careful legal review before putting this into law. Protecting others rights isn't being PC, it is doing the job right the first time. If it would be found that the current bill would violate property rights after passing into law, the law would be declared unconsitutional by the courts and everything would have been act of futility. No matter how the Martin/Zimmerman issue is settled in court, Florida lawmakers are already in the process of reviewing that state's weapon laws. What will undoubtedly occur is a massive rewrite of all of their weapons laws. This does not bode well for Florida gun owners! The reps here were just trying to avoid this type of quagmire. A long history of legal decisions have already determined that Property rights over ride the individual's rights to do as he pleases on somebody else's property. The Second A will be trumped by property rights in court every time. Is it worth p****ng into the wind and lose all of your gun rights? I for one would rather they take their time and write a law that can stand up to court review. The crucifixion is just bad taste. He had the right to say it, but it doesn't help the issue.

  15. I wouldn't go to Rivergate mall if I was open carrying a squad of Marines. All the malls suck. They're just a dump tank for people to ditch their kids for while
