Richard and I went to Nashville today and spoke in The Employee and Consumer Affairs Committee along with Darren LaSorte of the NRA in support of these bills. By now it is already old news that the bills did pass and are now set for the Calendar and Rules Committee for scheduling on the House Floor. What I DO find interesting, and is apparently a development that took place as Richard and I drove back home is the apparent decision by Senator Mike Faulk, (the companion bills sponsor in the Senate AND the chairman of the Senate Calendar and Rules Committee) to put the bills back in motion in the Senate. I heard an interesting take on this issue recently: I hate rap music. I wont allow anyone to play it on my property. But, do I also have a reasonable expectation of preventing them from having a rap CD (otherwise lawfully owned) in the CD sleeve on their sun visor?

It must really help your self esteem to be able to blame others for your failures in life or even as a human being. People like this could have become as successful as anyone else but instead they sit on their lazy asses and blame those who are successful. These types have allowed themselves to be enslaved by the welfare system, we didn't force them. Then they complain when they are not living to the same standard as those who worked to better themselves. A lot of the black community screams that the white majority hates them. But it is their community that loves to openly hate others. They use racial slurs, threats and violence against whites and it is viewed as being ok because they are black. They use their skin color as an excuse to say or do whatever they want to get their way. And when they don't get their way they just get louder and louder with their hate. And they do this to try to make us feel guilty for not being black. I am tired of being blamed for other race's failures. I am not going to feel guilty for getting where I am today, I earned it. Actually the Judas thing goes waayyy back. When in doubt I find decapitation works universally. Even if not permanently, separating the two will usually lighten the tension of the moment enough to allow you some thinking/breathing room to plan your next move.
