My girlfriend was kind enough to get me these grips for my CZ 40P! I couldn't be happier! She ordered them from the CZ custom shop in case anyone is curious.

I guess he could be trying to do a good thing by matching any donations but from what he has said on here I seriously doubt it. He is asking for donations be submitted to his paypal account (same email address) then he will match it. To me it is blatant that he is trying to get honest people to give. Maybe this is how he got the $1,000 he was wanting to turn into $5,000. I'm not a fan of the recent type of shows that have to have everyone shouting and arguing with one another. IMO, Les needs to get another business for the daughter to run on her own and turn the current store over to his son. Retire, relax, and live a little longer.

chatt is suffering a bit of growing pains. Not really population wise, but the city as a whole (gov't and citizens) are not used to urban issues. Gangs, meth, poverty/economy, illegals, pimps, the usual suspects are all at large and our police are undermanned, government has its head in the sand and spends all its time trying to keep our image clean to attract tourists. We officially have no gang problems, for example, according to (I think it was) the governer or mayor or someone like that. Yet a kid opened up with a 223 on a schoolbus, and we have shootouts in the public parks between ... dunno what they are, if not gangs. Basically no one wants to even admit there is a problem, let alone deal with it, so the problem grows...

Unfortunately, there are plenty of people in good 'ol Tennessee who think the same way as folks in the "blue states". They definitely are a majority but they are most certainly here. You leave socialists like BHO and his ilk in charge (or in our schools) for very long and we in the U.S. can lose our rights just like the UK; Just like Canada, Just like Australia (to name but a few) and once the rights of the individual to own, much less carry, a firearm are gone the kind of thinking evident in this story won't be far behind.

Okay I have a question….. I’m not familiar with the way Tennessee does things but what these two nut cases are claiming happened; could not have happened in Illinois where I am familar with the law. David Sarti is claiming that he was held in a metal institution for no reason and that a Judge released him, saying that there was no reason to hold him. He now claims that he can’t buy a gun or that if he applied for a truck driver’s job they would see that he has been labeled a “mental defective†by the state. Is this correct, does the state of Tennessee allow this? And if this happened, who entered this “Mental defective†status into the system. He’s claiming it’s in NCIC. I guess he’s claiming it’s there if he claiming the FBI stripped him of his gun rights. I can say this to all of those planning on bugging out to the hills. I will defend what is mine, including land, from any squatters or looters. After all if you show up and try to take what isn't yours you are a thief. I may have more than I need to survive but I will not share any of it with complete strangers. I have made preparations to ensure my survivability and I would be a fool to give any of it up to complete strangers. And what makes the average person think they are going to make it ouf of a population center before 50% of the other people leaving the cities clog the roadways? What is going to happen is the highways are going to clog like Rita/ Katrina leaving leaving them stranded and with the option of walking to the "hills" or back to the cities. The average person is going to have an easier time surviving in the city than in the "hills". The city are easier to defend, heat and survive in for the average person used to living in the city. People have this grand illusion that they are going to be able to find virgin land to live off of. Look around, how much public land do you see? And of that how much is going to be free for the taking, not much if any, by the time they make it? With that being said a Ruger 22/45 with a PacLite upper is very lightweight and accurate enough to hunt with. Or get a Keltec PMR-30 for something even lighter with a little more firepower. Dolomite

Thanks Bro and yes that fealing does hit you like a ton of bricks without even realising it my Military Training basically took over and I found myself Laying down suppresive fire .Its kindof stange that when you least expect it something like that can happen and previous training actually kicks in.Im really sorry to here about the fued between you and yours I do know a little something about crappy relatives but not to the extent you describe. Im glad you have gotten away from that and have found a way to provide safety for you and your wife well i watched the detective pull some prints off the Xbox and then they were trying to get prints from the gun but it didnt look he could however there were 2 really good prints he pulled from the magazine inside the gun so I know they have Prints. But in anycase Im now more than ever aware of the Fact that LEO's are mearly a Reaction force ,and that the individual is soley responsible for them and there familys protection .
