Samiam	07/10/2023	Deal was made Sunday morning to meet Monday in Cookeville per his ad. He then requested we meet in Baxter instead. I agreed since Baxter is a 5 minute drive and I had the money in hand. 45 minutes later I get a text saying ,"someone just came and bought it". I texted "that was a crappy move. You couldn't tell him it was already spoken for. He replied "dang man. I don't even know you. You could of easily bailed on me". That is where I left it. A man is only as good as his word.
