Foliage SCAR 17

My pics are not great...camera phone.

I have painted my Black 17 with some Foliage Green Krylon as an experiment. Wanted to see if I liked the color before fooling with a more durable option. I used the Krylon Flat Camo Green, which in person dries pretty closely to the Magpul Foliage grip and rail covers but in the pics they almost look FDE.

Anyway, My accessories are pretty weak at this time, but they are what I have until I settle on an optic setup. The scope is a Konus 1-4X24 IR on a P.E.P.R mount. It actually works very well. Glass is good and clear, and it has held zero through 400 rounds. I also have an offset mount with a TruGlo RD sight. I think I am going with Docter or FFIII hopefully next week. I have a genuine GripPod on it, and a LaserLyte K-15 green laser. The sling is a VTAC padded in MULTICAM.

Great thing about Krylon is it is an easy touch up and if you get the coyote Brown itch in a year or two an easy change..
